1. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, your location, and courier partner capacity. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • In Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

  • Available on Order: Items may require additional procurement time before shipping.

  • Preorder / Forthcoming Products: Shipped on the official release date.

  • Imported / Special Items: May take 10+ days to reach you.

Note: If a holiday falls between your order date and delivery date, an extra day may be added to the estimated time.


2. Delivery Serviceability

Whether we can ship to your location depends on:

  • Courier partner availability in your area.

  • Local legal or logistical restrictions.

Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.


3. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

  • CoD availability depends on courier service in your location.

  • Order value limits may apply as per courier partner rules.

  • If CoD is not available, you will see alternate payment options at checkout.


4. Returns & Pick-Up

  • Wherever possible, our logistics partner will arrange a pick-up.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation email/SMS but haven’t received the product, please contact us within 7 days.

  • Preorder / Forthcoming: Book in advance; ships after release.

  • Out of Stock: Temporarily unavailable. Use “Notify Me” to get updates.

  • Back in Stock Soon: Popular item sold out but restocking soon.

  • Temporarily Unavailable: Currently unavailable; may return soon.

  • Permanently Discontinued: No longer produced or sold.


7. International Shipping

At present, Kairos delivers only within India. Purchases can be made worldwide using valid international cards, but the delivery address must be within India.
