What is Kairos’ return policy?

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

How do I initiate a return?

Go to your order history and select “Return Item.” Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or courier return.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Can I exchange a product?
